What Zatorii is
Zatorii builds custom software for small businesses. The kind of operational infrastructure large companies take for granted (sometimes that’s a focused automation, sometimes a full custom application), made accessible to businesses with 2 to 20 people.
Most of what we fix is obvious in hindsight: leads that go cold because nobody followed up fast enough, admin work that eats hours that should go to actual customers, the lack of a tool that fits how your team works. These aren’t exotic problems. They’re just problems that get accepted as “how it is” until someone builds something better.
We scope tightly, build fast, and hand off clean. Every system ships with documentation, a walkthrough, and a support window. The goal is software that runs in the background while you run the business, or sits in the foreground because it’s the thing your team uses every day.

Isaiah is the one who builds it. Every system Zatorii ships is his to get right. He stays on your project until it runs the way Tori promised it would on the call. He started Zatorii to make custom software economical for the small businesses who’d otherwise never get it built.

Short, focused projects
Every project is scoped to one specific problem with a defined deliverable and timeline. You know exactly what you're getting before we start, with no open-ended retainers that balloon in scope.
Fixed scope, fixed price
You get a specific system, specific deliverables, and a specific price up front. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. If something changes beyond what we agreed on, that's a new conversation, not a surprise line item.
Boring tech, done right
We build on tools that are reliable, well-documented, and maintainable. n8n, Supabase, Next.js, Vercel, not whatever is new this month. The goal is a system that still works in two years without heroic maintenance.
Handoffs that don't strand you
Every build ships with documentation, a Loom walkthrough, and code you own. If we disappeared tomorrow, you'd have everything you need to keep it running or hand it to someone else.
