The short version.

When you fill out a form (contact, discovery, or anywhere else on the site):

• Your name, email, and whatever business details you choose to share
• Your message
• The page you came from and what brought you (UTM tags if present in the URL)

We store this so we can reply, and so we know what brought you to us. Nothing more.

When you browse the site: aggregate analytics through Vercel Analytics and Plausible: page views, referrers, country, device type. No cookies, no individual identification. Plausible is built around privacy by design; Vercel Analytics doesn’t use third-party cookies.

• Sell your data
• Run ads or ad networks
• Add you to any list without asking
• Share your information with third parties, other than the tools we use to operate (Supabase for storage, Vercel for hosting, our email provider for replies)

Form submissions stay in our system as long as we have an active conversation, plus a reasonable archive period after in case the conversation picks back up.

Analytics data is aggregate only, with no personal identifiers attached.

You can ask us to:

• Send you everything we have on you
• Delete everything we have on you
• Correct anything that’s wrong

Email solutions@zatorii.com with the subject “Privacy request” and we’ll handle it within 30 days.

We don’t use tracking cookies. The site uses standard functional cookies only (e.g., remembering that you’ve dismissed an overlay). Plausible operates without cookies entirely. Vercel Analytics doesn’t set third-party cookies.

If we update this page, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days so you can see what’s different.
