Automate the manual work eating your week.
Every small business has processes that run on copy-paste, spreadsheets, and memory. We build the n8n workflows that replace them, custom-built for your tools, your data, and your team.
The problem: manual work compounds quietly.
A 20-minute manual process done twice a day is 170 hours a year. Two manual processes and you've burned four weeks of work time on things a computer could handle. Most businesses don't see it that way because each individual step feels small.
The more dangerous version: processes that rely on someone remembering to do them. New client signed: did anyone send the welcome email? Invoice went out: did anyone follow up? A team member left: did the handoff happen? The answer is usually 'mostly' or 'I think so.'
Automation doesn't make your business better. It makes it consistent. Clients get the same onboarding experience whether it's a Tuesday morning or a Saturday. Invoices get followed up every time, not just when someone remembers.

What you get.
A working, documented system that runs without anyone touching it. Everything below is included in the first-build price.
- End-to-end mapping of your current manual process before we build anything
- Working n8n workflow, tested against your real data before going live
- Error handling and logging so you know if anything ever fails
- Demo review before deployment: you see it working before it touches live data
- Short Loom walkthrough explaining what the system does and what to check
- Written SOP: what it does, what triggers it, what to do if something breaks
- 30-day support window for questions and small adjustments, and after that, we're still a text away
From manual process to running system.
Map the workflow
We document your current process end-to-end: every input, every action, every tool it touches. We identify exactly where automation replaces human steps and map the edge cases (duplicates, failures, bad data).
Build and test
The system is built in a staging environment using test data, never your real business data until it's approved. Every execution logs a record. We demo the working system before anything goes near production.
Go live together
We schedule a 20-minute call, swap to your real credentials live, and trigger the first execution together. You see it work with real data, ask any last questions, and the system starts running on its own from that moment.
Every project is scoped individually
Questions worth asking first.
What kinds of workflows can you automate?
If it has a clear trigger (a form submission, a new row, a time, a payment) and a clear output, we can automate it. Most common: new client onboarding flows, internal handoffs when a deal closes, invoice and payment reminders, recurring internal reports, and data sync between disconnected tools.
What tools does the system connect to?
n8n connects to almost everything: over 400 integrations including QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Airtable, and most custom webhooks. If your current tool has an API, it can be wired in.
What if the automation breaks?
Every workflow includes error handling: if something fails, it fails loudly (Telegram or email alert to you) rather than silently. Every execution is logged. During the 30-day support window, we fix any issues that come up at no extra charge.
Do we need technical staff to maintain this?
No. That's a core principle of how we build: the client should be able to understand what was built and explain it to someone else, even without a technical background. We write the documentation for a non-technical reader.
How long does a typical automation take to build?
Simple automations (single trigger, clear output, one or two tools) typically take 3–5 days from kickoff to go-live. More complex multi-step workflows with edge case handling typically take 5–10 days.
Is this different from using Zapier?
Yes. Zapier is great for simple two-step connections. Where it breaks down: complex multi-branch logic, error handling, data transformation, and anything that needs to survive at volume. n8n gives us full control over the logic, the data, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Ready to stop running your business on copy-paste?
15 minutes is enough to map one process and know whether automation makes sense. No commitment required.
